File formats

We can work with files from all major software packages, including Quark XPress, PageMaker, InDesign and of course PDF files.

Please contact us if you would like advice regarding the best format for your circumstances. We can also advise you on how to get the best results for your particular print job.

File upload

E-mail

You can e-mail files to your sales representative, or directly to the studio (stu...@steffprint.co.uk). Our servers support receipt of file attachments of unlimited size, but in practice many other internet service providers and corporate servers limit the size to 20 megabytes.

Online web uploads

We also offer a secure web site for uploading files to our studio and pre-press department.

FTP

Customers may wish to send us files via FTP. Please contact the studio for details and to get an individual account for your company.

Post & courier

You are, of course, welcome to supply files by sending us a CD/DVD in the post or by courier. If your job is particularly large, for example an extensive catalogue, you may wish to use a USB/Firewire external hard drive.
